Ruben Pot, another student I supervised in 2020, successfully finished his Master’s studies in Human-Technology Relations track of Industrial Design Engineering. The goal of his assignment was to translate the knowledge and experience of the Knyfe consultants into a tool. This required a large amount of exploration and was not without complications.

Ruben discovered that the environment was rather complex and it could be stated that the designer was out of his league. In the end, the aim of the assignment was defined to be twofold: (1) learn from the experiences in the process and to give advice to future designers that find themselves in a similar situation and (2) design a tool that illustrates the growth potential of an employee within an organization.

Ruben’s goal after finishing his studies is to travel the world. I enjoyed working with Ruben a lot and wish him a lot of success and luck in his carreer!
